Do I need a referral to see a Physiotherapist?

• No, you do not.  Physiotherapists are able to assess and treat patients without a Physician referral.  Note that your extended health care provider may require a referral for reimbursement purposes.

How can I pay for services @ Saugeen Physiotherapy & Allied Health Centre?

We will bill directly for:

• Workplace Safety Insurance Board (WSIB) - limited caseload spaces available
• Motor Vehicle Accident Insurance
• All Extended Health Care companies registered with Telus Health
• Green Shield
• Blue Cross

Fee Schedule & Appointments

The fees have been set under the guidance from the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.  The length of your appointments is dependent upon your needs and the plan of care designed by your Physiotherapist or Kinesiologist.  All New Patient appointments are usually at least 1 hour in length.

24 hours notice is requested for all CANCELLED appointments.  UNCANCELLED appointments are charged a fee of $45.00
